Welcome to the 2025-26 School Year!

🚗Car Line Arrival & Dismissal

 

• Arrival: Students may begin unloading at 8:50 AM. Please do not drop students off early, as staff supervision begins at this time.
• Please keep students in your vehicle until a staff member is at the numbered cone to greet them.
• Dismissal: School ends at 3:45 PM. Car riders will be dismissed through the front loop. Please have your car tag clearly visible, and thank you for your patience as we work together to keep everyone safe.
• Car Tags: Each family will receive two car tags (your number will remain the same as last year). Car tags can be picked up during the Family Walkthrough & Supply Drop-Off from your oldest child's classroom.

 

⏰School Start/End Times

• Students should be in their classrooms and ready to begin instruction by 9:05 AM.
• Students arriving after 9:05 AM are considered tardy and must report to the Main Office for a tardy pass before going to class.

 

🪪Photo ID Required

A valid photo ID is required whenever you:

• Pick up your child from school
• Volunteer in the building

There are no exceptions. Volunteer IDs will be held in the Main Office during your visit.

🔍 Background Checks Required

Anyone planning to volunteer, chaperone field trips, assist in classrooms, help at PTA events, or participate in school activities must have a current Red Clay background check on file.

Background checks must be renewed annually. Visit the Red Clay website or contact the Main Office for more information.

🍽️ FREE Lunch for All Students!

All Linden Hill students receive FREE school lunch!

Please note:

• Snacks and second entrees are not included.
• If your child plans to purchase extras or snacks, please add funds to their lunch account.

✏️ Supplies & What to Bring

Grade-level supply lists are available on our website.

Families are encouraged to bring school supplies to the Family Walkthrough & Supply Drop-Off to help students have a smooth first day.

🦁 Family Walkthrough & Supply Drop-Off

Thursday, August 27 | 3:30–5:00 PM

Come explore the school, meet your teacher, drop off school supplies, and get excited for the new school year!

During your visit, you'll be able to:

• Find out your child's classroom assignment.
• Meet your child's teacher.
• Drop off school supplies.
• Pick up your family car tags.
• Visit the PTA table, Nurse's Office, and Main Office for important information.
